Lloydette Bai-Marrow is an anti-corruption expert, economic crime lawyer, and Managing Partner of Parametric Global Consulting, an economic crime investigations consultancy.

She is a former Principal Investigative Lawyer within the U.K. Government’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO), where she provided leadership and legal advice on complex and high-profile cases of fraud, bribery, and corruption in the UK and abroad.

She was a senior prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

In 2020, Lloydette was appointed as Independent Investigation Counsel for a U.S. publicly traded company and conducted a year-long independent review into corruption allegations in South Asia.

She sits on the Legal Panel for WhistleblowersUK, a non-profit promoting transformation in the way speaking up is incorporated into a fair and transparent society.

Lloydette is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Unite Foundation, the charitable arm of Unite Group, a U.K. publicly listed company.

She is the Chair of the Board of Spotlight on Corruption, a UK based anti-corruption charity which tracks how the UK implements its anti-corruption laws.

She is a Senior Visiting Lecturer at the International Anti-Corruption Academy in Vienna, Austria.

Lloydette is a Member of the Conduct Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).

She is a Co-Founder and Director of BWIL (Black Women in Leadership Network), a non-profit network committed to increasing the representation of black women in leadership and decision-making positions.

Lloydette has been recently appointed as a Commissioner of The Gambling Commission, and as an Associate NED for an NHS Mental Health Trust in London.
